Are the sessions in person?
The plans promoted on this website are remote services. For now, we do not plan to open a location.
Can I schedule a session at home?
Yes, write to us at info@molincoaches.com. Please note that the cost per session is tripled for all training plans and another fee applies depending on the distance.
Where are you located?
For now we are in Miami Dade County, Florida, E.E U.U. The service is remote and we can serve any human being on the planet with a telephone line or internet.
Can we use Whatsapp video calling?
We can use any video calling system, we prefer Zoom. It can also be without video, only a telephone call.
Can I cancel and ask for a refund?
The plans are contracts for the established time, however, we are flexible and offer options:
1. You can transfer part or all of the remaining sessions to a person of your choice. For example, you can take a plan and share it with your partner and plan the days for each one.
2. In corporate cases, write to us at info@molincoaches.com, the plans are different and their conditions of use.
3. A refund is given for an amount equal to 50% of the cost of the remaining pending sessions not carried out.
